Refund Policy
Refund and Cancellation Policy
All refunds and cancellations will incur a transaction fee based on server management and services provided. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The refund policy applies only to the remaining balance, not the deposit. The deposit is the amount required to secure your seat.
Refunds will be processed as follows:
- More than 90 days before the seminar starts: Full refund excluding transaction fees on the remaining balance.
- 60 days before the seminar starts: 50% of the remaining amount will be refunded.
- 30 days before the seminar starts: No refund for the remaining balance.
Please note that transaction fees and credit card fees will be excluded from your refunded amount when processed.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation request made 60 days prior to the course start date will receive a refund, except the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellation request made 30 days prior to the course start date will receive half of total course fee.
Cancellation request made less than 2 weeks prior to the course start date will not receive any refund.
Cancellation will be received via email, oasisimplantacademy@gmail.com, and it has to be received by the stated deadline.
Course cancellation by organizers
Oasis Implant Academy reserves the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Oasis Implant Academy cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same course at the new, future date.
