Refund and Cancellation Policy
All refunds and cancellations will incur a transaction fee based on server management and services provided. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
The refund policy applies only to the remaining balance, not the deposit. The deposit is the amount required to secure your seat.
Refunds will be processed as follows:

90 days or more before course start – Full tuition refund excluding deposit

60–89 days before course start – 50% tuition refund

30–59 days before course start – 25% tuition refund

Less than 30 days before course start – No refund

Tuition & Deposit
Deposit: USD 3,000 (applies toward tuition)
Balance : will be sent via followup email
Payment Methods:
Credit Card – Processing fee will be added to the payment amount.
Zelle – No processing fee.
Domestic Wire Transfer – Bank fees may apply.
Course cancellation by organizers
Oasis Implant Academy reserves the right to cancel the course due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If Oasis Implant Academy cancels a course, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of a course, registrants will have the option to either receive a full refund or transfer registration to the same course at the new, future date.
