Refund and Cancellation Policy

All refunds and cancellations will incur a transaction fee based on server management and services provided. This fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

The refund policy applies only to the remaining balance, not the deposit. The deposit is the amount required to secure your seat.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Deposit – Non-refundable

  • 90 days or more before course start – Full tuition refund excluding deposit

  • 60–89 days before course start – 50% tuition refund

  • 30–59 days before course start – 25% tuition refund

  • Less than 30 days before course start – No refund

Tuition & Deposit 

Deposit: USD 3,000 (applies toward tuition)

Balance : will be sent via followup email 

Payment Methods:

Credit Card – Processing fee will be added to the payment amount.

Zelle – No processing fee.

Domestic Wire Transfer – Bank fees may apply.
