The exhibitor timeline spans two days. The first day includes pre-event preparations starting at 4 am on August 10th, with an evening party commencing at 7 pm in the International Hall.

Official Manual Release & Contract
2024 Oasis Symposium official contract registration start from July 23 and the final contract deadline is August 1.
August 5 ~ 10
Booth Assignment & Shipment Form
Our booth assigmnet will start from Agust 5 and the official set up day is 8/10 4pm.
August 10, 7:00 PM
Pre-Event
Curated pre-event will invite you official vendor and your team. please check the available free badges for your staff.
DJ performance start at 7:00PM at California room..
August 11, 8:00 AM
Main Event
Our Main Event's registartion start from 8:00 AM at registation area infront of Intrational room. and the actuall session will start from 9:00 AM

Booth Assignment & Registered Vendor:
We are unable to provide the registered vendor list due to security reasons.
Staff Badges:
Staff badges for vendors will be provided according to the sponsor program. Each level will be assigned a specific number of tickets:
- Level 1: 3 tickets
- Level 2: 6 tickets
- Level 3: 9 tickets
